The Walk and Talk

The next option is an on-site consultation where I review your questionnaire and also research your property via overhead satellite view on Google Earth or other satellite mapping tool and then make a trip out to your property to do a couple hour walk and talk with you.  I will evaluate water flow, access, wind direction, solar aspect and many other elements related to your property.  I will then answer any questions and give any suggestions I have to help you improve your property and help it work with nature instead of against it.  This option does not include any drawn design and concludes when I leave your property.

This service is $499 within a 50-mile radius of 77355 and will incur a travel expense to be determined after that radius.  If deciding on purchasing a full design within 30 days of this service, the amount paid on this service will be applied to the total cost of design.

I have recently started printing a satellite image that I bring with me and then leave clients with a rough sketch of where each element should be placed based on our consultation.
